1.The Star i'm analysing is Madonna, Madonna Louise Ciccone was born August 16, 1958 in Bay City , Michigan her father Silvio Anthony Ciccone, was a first-generation Italian American (with roots from Italy). Her mother, Madonna Louise ,was of French Canadian descent. she's a singer, songwriter, actress, dancer and entrepreneur. The Genres Madonna produces music into is pop, soft rock and dance. 2.The early image of Madonna was sometimes innocent but other times was seen as sexually and religiously controversal for example the "just like a prayer" by making jesus black this sparked alot of controvesy to do with religion and her portraying a sexy image in front of the religious crosses sparked upeven more of a controversal image within the media.Critics have praised her diverse musical productions which have also served as a lightning rod for controversy. Nowadays madonna makes an extreme effort (almost too extreme according to journalists and other members of society) to be portrayed as the young bodied adgile singer/dancer. eg. in 2008 she released he single featuring justin timberlake;4minutes this upped her popularity as she was associated with justin timberlake who was popular at the time also.
